Section 434.1 Purpose

The purpose of this Part is to define the scope of the audits/reviews and investigations conducted by the Department. This Part also explains the process the Department will use when conducting audits/reviews and investigations of private agencies who contract with the Department, and agencies that are licensed by the Department.
