a) The purpose of this Part is to
prescribe the process to be used to notify the general community when a child
care institution, maternity center, and/or group home proposes to change its
program or services.
b) This Part
applies to child care institutions, maternity centers, and group homes licensed
by the Department as defined in the Child Care Act of 1969.
